For a simple incorporation or LLC formation in Virginia or Washington, DC, we charge $600, plus the filing fee. This includes the cost of the Corporate Books, obtaining a Federal Identification Number for the entity, and if desired, election of S Corporation Status for the entity.

The Corporate Books contain the Corporate Seal, Stock Certificates, and the Stock Register.

Incorporation takes about ten days, although the process can go faster, depending on the speed of mail delivery.
